Beds are comfortable, and air conditioning works well. Blackout blinds help guests sleep longer. Note: the house has many stairs and squeaky wooden floors due to its age. There is no ensuite, but this does not bother most guests.

The outdoor swimming pool offers views and is cleaned regularly. Sun loungers and pool towels are provided. A braai/BBQ area includes firewood supplied by the hosts. Guests use it almost every night. The garden and terrace are well maintained for relaxing or watching the sunset.
